Try out your Against the Giants minis after they are released this weekend!

Once per month, on the third Wednesday of the month, we sanction Standard D&D Minis Tournaments at Pandemonium Books in Cambridge, MA. The next tournaments will be on 7/16, and then on 8/20. On other Wednesdays, we'll continue to offer "casual" minis games and I am very willing to teach interested players how to play the game on those nights.

- I'd like tournament participants to arrive by 7:15 so that I can register you and start the tournament by 7:30.

- Tournament players should be at least 12 years old.

- Each participant can optionally pay a $5 entry fee to enter a prize pool based on the standings at the end of the tournament (every paying participant will receive several minis drafted from sealed boosters!)

- Regardless of payment and placement, each tournament player will also receive a promotional mini.

So if you are fairly comfortable with the new rules and want to try out your best warband in a competitive, timed tournament, you'll have your chance once a month!

As always, feel free to email me with any questions or stop by our table on Wednesdays at Pandemonium starting at 6:30pm.

Peter

If you have only been using your D&D minis for role-playing, you've been missing out on an exciting experience. The D&D Miniatures game pits warbands of iconic D&D monsters and heroes against each other on the field of battle. Swing by at 6:30 to learn how to play with a free and informal 50-point pick-up game, then stick around for a three-round, 200-point Swiss system tournament open to newcomers and veterans alike. The tournament is DCI-santioned, and promises to offer intense competition for all. Check it out!
