So is Tellian going to come up with a WBC 17?  Is there enough interest to sustain another challenge?

If we can't squeeze one in before XP, we should probably wait a month and start in February.

And, if Tellian doesn't want to run it, we should pass it on down to someone else who did well in the challenge (but not me, I've done enough for now).
