| Confused creatures don't make opportunity attacks at all.
From the Oracle CRG:
905. Confused Condition
905.1. A Confused creature cannot take attack actions other than taking a basic attack,
cannot use activated powers, cannot take opportunity attacks, and is considered to have
no Champion rating when determining the warband with the highest Champion rating for
initiative rolls.

| Ah, sorry, I think I got the direction of the attack wrong.
When the Confused piece is Dominated, it is considered a part of the temporary controller's warband. So it would provoke Opportunity Attacks from creatures that were normally its allies. However, it is up to the controller of those creatures as to whether or not they take the opportunity attacks. This means that the player who usually controls the Confused creature can chose to attack the creature or not. Otherwise, a great strategy would be to move a Dominated creature in and out of adjacency to as many beaters as possible, hoping it would be killed by its friends.
