Regardless of any opinion and the status of the traders involved, I have taken the responsibility to complete them. From the info I have, I do not have the minis involved with this trade and he (Cha0tic G0od) has released me from completing it.
I would not remove him from MackeyV's dispute list, but I feel my part has been completed.

I consider the disputes with MackeyV closed. They can decide wither or not to their names removed from the disputed traders or not. As to clearing his name in the matter of being a bad trader, that is for the community to decide.
I would have had a few more, but going through all the emails and minis tring to locate them has been a challange. Several of them do have a few problems as I do not have the minis or they cannot remember what the trade aggrement was for. I am waiting for a responce in regards to some of them still.

| I want to report jeremiahcarissa for the following:
He and I entered a trade and we were to send out on the same day. I sent out the next day. He said he did. I recieved my package back becasue it was undeliverable as there was a hole in it. some of the minis and cards were lost. I tried hard to make the trade right by offering a rare in replacement. Alas I was able to obtain the same figures to replace. I sent off again and sent him the dc. I waited a week for him to send the DC and never did then only the 13th I get a email with "NEW DC" the same day he recieved my package.
The reason I make this report is that he clearly waited to recieve my miniatures before he sent. We agreed to send at the same time. And thus he broke the agreement.

Edit: He said he mailed the package on the 11th days after he was suppose to. Well the date on the postage stamp says it was mailed on the 13th. To make it worse, he sent it in the same box I sent him my minis in. I know this because on the bottom it has notes of minis I kept in the box.
A very suspect trader.

| What the ….!? I was looking at a reference to another member that was posted as a bad trader and lo and behold I see my name. I don’t get it. I never traded with this guy sent any minis to him and he never sent any to me. We were in talks about a trade but as things go a better offer came in. He was sending me his address after one email, saying close it. I wasn’t ready and decided to go with something else. Once I told him he went ballistic and started posting all kinds of remarks on my reff thread. I don’t think I should be listed as a bad trader and below is the link to give this a little more detail. I hope I can be knocked off the list I have always been fair and quick to send whenever trades with me are finalized.

As I no longer feel he owes me minis I think you can take my name off his list. I am however leaving a cavet in my reference thread as I do not feel that we have a completed trade. | Well the shop has been shut down and it appears Wraith, or whatever alias he wants to use, was/is looking for MM trades/deals. Seemed like it would fit better here since the eBay shop is locked and doesn't seem to have anymore activity. Regardless I am owed some minis and am just waiting for the "we can't help you processes" pass before moving the issue forward.
I just don't think it would be good to let someone appear to have cleared their transactional record when there are some outstanding issues. | |

Man I am having nothing but bad trades lately. Please add Myrkel 1/5 and Jell-O 1/12 to the list. Each owes me a Drizzt. Myrkel is not responding to emails. Jell-O has but hasn't come through yet. I may need to add another that is way overdue as well. Hopefully they will come through and can be removed quickly. 4 of the last 5 trades I have done have been pretty bad. This Sucks. | |

I'm happy to add this to the list, but I don't want to create a weird precedent for including Ebay sellers here. Obviously Wraith was a bad seller and Ebay shut him down for it so this is a pretty clear cut case. The situation becomes less clear with an active seller that has only 1 or 2 problem transactions. I know that Merric and Zenako were concerned about potential liability for Maxminis if we were listing bad Ebay sellers in a stickied thread.
Does anyone else have any thoughts about this situation? How about with other problem trades that are handled off Maxminis such as at Hordelings or WotC?

| I never received my minis from me_is_fred. We agreed to a trade in late August of 2005. He received my minis around 9/15/05.
I have yet to receive mine. I'm not sure what happened, but they aren't here. I've written off the minis as a lesson learned. But I figured it's time I post here for reference. | |

Tree druid was supposed to have shipped the minis about a month ago, apparently they haven't been shipped yet but he is promising me a DC number soon.
The part of this trade that worried me the most wasn't the amount of time delayed, but the constant lack of communication. He contacted me today, however, and apparently he's been in a fairly serious accident. | |

| I am sorry to report a potentially disputed trade.
On 3/13/06 Tactician and I agreed to a modest-sized trade with simultaneous shipping. I sent my end on 03/14. According to the DC# (0305 0830 0002 5017 4266) Tactician received on 3/17. He has not emailed me to confirm receipt of these minis nor has he updated the trade interface to reflect this. During this time Tactician was banned from Maxminis for reasons unknown to me.
As of today (3/27) I still have not received my end of our trade. I've sent him several emails to check in, but so far I haven't received a response. In fact, I haven't received any communication from him since I shipped my end of our trade. Because of the length of time, lack of communication and the ban, I suspect that this trade has failed. I'll certainly post again to update if anything changes. | |

While the trade isn't outstanding (I don't expect it to be resolved, and since he was going to be shipping first, I never ended up shipping either), I feel that making this post here is more of a warning to others than an attempt to resolve my trade. | |
