A while ago I stumbled across a PDF with a summary of conditions on it that could be used to indicate a figure had specific condtions during a tournament and what that figure could or could not do with that condition.

I was looking for that file again and I can't seem to find it. Can someone point me to it again? Also, does anyone know of any site/page that contains a bunch of useful D&D Miniatures resources?
