IIRC the offcial way is as a reward from DMing so many sanctioned games (eg living greyhawk).

They were GM rewards. Just ran D&D games and entered them on the RPGA site.

This is why I should be more diligent in running (and reporting) my RPGA sessions. I hate to miss out on the rare repaints

The repaint looks substantially better than the normal version.

Neat looking. I'm not a big fan of owlbears though.

So, seems I've been more diligent in my reporting than I thought. A half-dozen showed up today in the mail

While I like owlbears, it's starting to look like every monster in the game has an albino version.

I'll be glad when I start doing more RPGA games.

You can get points just for playing regular home games, just have to enter them in the rpga system. It's a little bit of a hassle, but not too terrible. If you play certain modules you get more points though.

That is a great looking mini and it would fit in well with the White Dragon in AGtG.

Thanks for putting the post up

A white fur does not necessarily equate albino. There are lots of animals out there on our planet that shift colours depending on the season. Arctic hares, polecats, arctic foxes and others change (molt) to a thicker and whiter fur in the Autumn to prepare for the Winter season. It helps against the cold, and provides better camouflage. So I think it's more fun to see the white variants as having adapted to Winter.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
