Hey Lab Monkey,

Man I am having nothing but bad trades lately. Please add Myrkel 1/5 and Jell-O 1/12 to the list. Each owes me a Drizzt. Myrkel is not responding to emails. Jell-O has but hasn't come through yet. I may need to add another that is way overdue as well. Hopefully they will come through and can be removed quickly. 4 of the last 5 trades I have done have been pretty bad. This Sucks.

I'm happy to add this to the list, but I don't want to create a weird precedent for including Ebay sellers here. Obviously Wraith was a bad seller and Ebay shut him down for it so this is a pretty clear cut case. The situation becomes less clear with an active seller that has only 1 or 2 problem transactions. I know that Merric and Zenako were concerned about potential liability for Maxminis if we were listing bad Ebay sellers in a stickied thread.

Does anyone else have any thoughts about this situation? How about with other problem trades that are handled off Maxminis such as at Hordelings or WotC?

I never received my minis from me_is_fred. We agreed to a trade in late August of 2005. He received my minis around 9/15/05.

I have yet to receive mine. I'm not sure what happened, but they aren't here. I've written off the minis as a lesson learned. But I figured it's time I post here for reference.

I'm pleased to report that GodEmperor has COMPLETELY RESOLVED his outstanding trade with me. I know he's taken care of TheNameless as well, and this should remove him from the disputed trades list.

I've received a shipment from Spikegif and no longer have a dispute with MackeyV (although I still consider him a bad trader). Not sure if my name should be removed from his list, but did want to state that it has been resolved.

Tree druid was supposed to have shipped the minis about a month ago, apparently they haven't been shipped yet but he is promising me a DC number soon.
The part of this trade that worried me the most wasn't the amount of time delayed, but the constant lack of communication. He contacted me today, however, and apparently he's been in a fairly serious accident.

I have responded to Jedijon, the car accident was quite serious but I am working the trade out. Please place me on the list until he has recieved .

I would like to add me_is_fred to the list it has been over 3 months and I have yet to receive I shipped out 3 months ago and I have yet to receive and E Mail from him.

I would Like to have the trade settled.

I think that I have done what I could with the info that I was given and what I could get from others. 3 of MackeyV disputed trades I have been unable to do anything about.

My run of bad luck continues. Add ALLARD to the list, his minis are way overdue and he doesn't respond to emails. Hopefully it will get resolved soon...said something about not being able to afford postage?

I am sorry to report a potentially disputed trade.

On 3/13/06 Tactician and I agreed to a modest-sized trade with simultaneous shipping. I sent my end on 03/14. According to the DC# (0305 0830 0002 5017 4266) Tactician received on 3/17. He has not emailed me to confirm receipt of these minis nor has he updated the trade interface to reflect this. During this time Tactician was banned from Maxminis for reasons unknown to me.

As of today (3/27) I still have not received my end of our trade. I've sent him several emails to check in, but so far I haven't received a response. In fact, I haven't received any communication from him since I shipped my end of our trade. Because of the length of time, lack of communication and the ban, I suspect that this trade has failed. I'll certainly post again to update if anything changes.

jeremiahcarissa to a trade with me 1-2 months ago, promised to send, then never sent or responded to my emails. He was to send first. I ended up deleting the trade since I could get no response from him.

While the trade isn't outstanding (I don't expect it to be resolved, and since he was going to be shipping first, I never ended up shipping either), I feel that making this post here is more of a warning to others than an attempt to resolve my trade.

These facts draw my suspicion:
1) He lives in Syracuse, NY
2) He has an average post-per-day of over 13 (and the infamous one posted like that)
3) He has about 14 unresolved trades
4) He does high volume trading involving chase rares at a very similar pace that the infamous one did
5) He has a trading web site going (and the infamous one's website is no longer active)
6) I don't remember Tactician showing up until after Wraith disappeared--I am fuzzy on this one as I haven't verified dates
7) Tactician hides the fact he is from Syracuse, NY on his member information here

Trade Dispute with m0j0mb0 RESOLVED. Please remove from list.

I too have a trade with Tactician. Delivery confirmation number (0305 0830 0000 4065 7009) shows he received my end of the trade on March 17th. I am still waiting for his.

I want to report a bad trade that I had with Tactician. We agreed on a trade on 2/22/06. We both mailed out at the same time. When I received my package on 3/5/06 it was missing 6 of the minis. I emailed him on 3/6/06 about it and he said he would mail them out the next day. I emailed him again on 3/15/06 because I still had not received any minis nor an confirmation that he had mailed them out. I have since emailed him on 3/20/06 and 3/27/06 and have not received any further emails from him. We have traded before and it went smoothly. Just don't know what happened with this one.

the dc he gave me has no record
he emailed back saying that he was to talk to the post office on wednesday the 29th to find out the problem, before that he emailed me saying that his word is golden and that 80 plus trades says it all and that i will get my minis
allthough that was on sunday the 26th that he emailed me back saying this he has yet to return any of my emails since sunday the 26th
he owes me some $250.00 in trade

That is also the same behavior shown on several occasions by Cha0tic g0od. Non-existent DC's; receiving packages with confirmed DC's and claiming he hasn't yet; and needing to sort out problems with his post office.

Please add my name to the ones having trade problems with Tactician. My trade was Snig Worg Rider x2 - 2 in trade talks, War Troll -in trade talks and a Warforged Barbarian for the huge Gold Dragon from the Giants of Legend. If needed I can provide the delivery confirmation # to validate my part of the trade (delivered 3/27/06). I've tried emailing numerous times for an update but haven't received any replies. P.S. other than this "misunderstanding" you have a GREAT site!

Well, I have never had a bad trade until this one, and I've held out long enough. I'm sorry to have to give Steel Pred a bad trade. We agreed to the trade on January 10th. On January 12th he told me he shipped his end out via Canda post after I told him I shipped my end out that day.

A month later I PM'ed & emailed him, no response. Finally on February 19th he PMed me saying he received the minis I shipped and he said he would ship his end on Feb 24th (so he lied to me when he said he shipped via Canadapost on Jan 12th).

It's been longer than a month since I last heard from him & I still haven't received my minis. No responses after my PM's & emails.

He owe's me a Displacer Beast, Umber Hulk, & Large Air Elemental. I gave up a Huge Red Dragon with a bunch of other rares for these. This was a really big trade and I'm pretty ticked off. I don't mind real life issues holding up a trade, but unless you're dead, I DO mind when it's been 3 months. I also really don't like being lied to and given the run-around. There is no excuse for this.

Sadly, it has been a week since I have had any contact with Tactician so please add my name to the disputed trades list [:(]

I will also ask people from Syracuse to send first...I was had by two such individuals and I am most infuriated [:(!]
