It could have the form that I had planned with European participants.

There would be an MMT for both Canada and the US.  After they make their respective rounds, they exchange.

I was thinking more along the lines of a completely separate MMT for each area. Just to cut down on these international mailing snafus.

If we can get enough Canadians to go into it, yes.

This really sucks, because there was something Wolf put in it that was supposed to get to me eventually to save shipping. Now I'm out some minis. Grrr

The MMT has been long gone on this end! I have been away from MM for awhile but thought that someone would email me if it didn't arrive.

Considering the holdups at the border lately, I was hoping beyond hope that it would shake loose.

A lot of us were looking forward to the MMT09, and I'm not asking you specifically, thekidii, but someone who knows should step up and explain to the community what happened (if it is in fact known).  Not to name-call or place blame, because nobody's perfect, and everyone makes mistakes, but just to put the matter to rest, or if there is the slightest hope that it can be restarted, to work something out to that end.

Here's the best that we've been able to figure out.

Wolfgang (ON, CA) recieved the MMT09 from me, Qucalion (UT, US).  He then sent it to CthulhuFnord (MA, US).  Unfortunately it was returned to Wolfgang as undeliverable because of a problem with the address.  Wolfgang then readdressed it and sent it where it got lost, eaten by a moose, or recruited into the Mounties.   As both Wolfgang and CthulhuFnord are both upstanding members of MaxMinis, I feel confident that it is a conspiracy between the Canadian and American Postal Disservices.

Fortunately dhunton beat me to the punch.  I was planning on sending out another one, but having my four kids for part of the summer, my brain hasn't been able to get out of planning gear (I still have a ton of WH40K Eldar to paint . . .).  So, she will be setting up the trade with CFnord and we'll be able to continue.

Any advice on putting together custom cards?  I've got a Star Wars "repaint", just need to make a custom card now.

You don't need to make a custom card, just sign the card.

You also might be able to use Magic Card Editor.

Thank you QC for standing up for me as there was no greater evil plan happening. I mailed it out as i have the other 99 trades i have done here and have no idea why it didn't get there I just wish some one had emailed me to tell me that it didn't show up. From this point on i will not be a member of the MMT.
