Below is a list of open and unresolved trade disputes, intended to serve as a general reference on unresolved problems with trades between Maxminis members. If your name appears on the list below, it does not necessarily mean you are considered a "bad trader". This list only states that you have at least one trade in dispute with another member.

If you have a disputed trade, post on this thread and we'll add it to the list. Please do not email any of the moderators to report a dispute; you need to post here so that there will be a public record of your dispute.

Trade disputes that have been acknowledged as resolved will be removed from this list. When a disputed trade is successfully resolved, it is important that you let the community know on the disputed trades thread!

Please keep the level of discussion on this thread to a miniumum. The purpose of this thread is to report factual trade disputes with other members. If you want discuss the situation further, please feel free to do so on another thread (without making personal attacks). We recommend posting a link to discussion threads here to help other members follow the situation.

Do not post the email or mailing addresses of other users. If you feel that it is important that a full mailing address be posted, please contact me or the lead moderator, and we will post the mailing address if we determine that the situation warrants it.

Users with unresolved disputes are listed in alphabetical order by trader name, with disputes listed in chronological order.

Please Note: There are many Maxminis members with similar ID names and this has led to some confusion. Please check carefully. For instance, MackeyJ (no disputed trades) and MackeyV (many disputed trades) are different people.

I believe I am having a problem completing a trade with kestral.ca.Â

Here's the details:

1) Received initial trade proposal 8/31
2) Agreed to trade 9/6
3) Sent my address 9/6, and again 9/14, and again 9/27
4) Shipped my end of trade 9/13
5) Got trade thread reply that kestral.ca received 9/16
6) Got trade thread reply that kestral.ca left postive feedback 9/16
7) I sent emails asking for an update, contact, any information on our trade 9/20, 9/27/ 10/11

I have tried to communicate, but received no responses.ÂIt's now 10/18 and I have not received what I was supposed to receive from kestral.ca in our agreed trade for what I sent, nor have I received any communication as to what's going on.Â

I traded to kestrel.ca:

Osyluth
Young Silver Dragon
Strom Giant Thunderer
Golden Wyvern Iniciate
Everfrost Ranger

and was supposed to receive:

Wyvern (Aberrations)
Death Titan

Any thoughts?ÂShould I wait a little longer?ÂOr is this a trade gone bad and now a disputed trade with kestrel.ca?Â
