It's rather difficult to please everyone, I'll give it a go. See how you do, comment, let's talk.

1. Fire Giant Skeleton with Sword
2. Frost Giant Zombie with Axe
3. Fire Giant with Spear or Mace (no fiery weapon)
4. Frost Giant with Sword or Crossbow (no icy weapon)
5. Soldier on Horseback with Sword and Shield
6. Large Centipede
7. Large Snake
8. Large Spider

Ok, I came up with a second list:

1. Duergar on Steeder
2. Scrag
3. Two Headed Troll
4. Assassin Vine
5. Cloaked Rider on Horse with Spear (can be made into a staff easily)
6. Archer on Horseback
7. Hill Giant Warrior with Axe and Shield
8. Stone Giant Warrior with Armor and Mace

It's really hard to avoid putting giants on this list. The riders on horseback may be difficult to do as uncommons, but it's worth asking for.
Champion of a Medium Dog & then a Darkenbeast , Raistlin Majere, Nightmare WDQ25/60, Warduke WD60/60,
Anti-Champion of Guns, "Knight of Bugbears", and Joke Champion of Venger.

Just a comment on the following being uncommons:

Beholder - Probably too difficult to do.
Displacer Beast - Probably too difficult to do (may come out ugly with terrible seams).
Female Matron Troll Caster - Too specific as an uncommon, would like as a rare though.
Headless Horseman - Too specific as an uncommon, would like as a rare though.
Marilith - Too specific as an uncommon, would like as a rare though.
Derro Savant on Large Spider - Too specific as an uncommon, would like as a rare though (but gave me the idea to suggest a Duergar Steeder!).

Love the:

Large Xorn
Sword Spider (or even Phase Spider)
Champion of a Medium Dog & then a Darkenbeast , Raistlin Majere, Nightmare WDQ25/60, Warduke WD60/60,
Anti-Champion of Guns, "Knight of Bugbears", and Joke Champion of Venger.

Good lists.  Things like this is what I aim at, but there are issues that can cause sculpts to go bad.

Respectfully disagree. Visibles should be minis you'd want in multiples. Cool as a headless horseman would be, I don't want a squad of them.

Good ones there! Good looking large spider Large snake Cavalry soldier (Chain/scale, sword & shield) Cloaked rider (with sword - could work as anything) Kraken - tentacles coming out of ground. Skirmishwise, it could be undead spectral kraken etc, which would have phasing, burrow or some other means of ground movement. Large wrackspawn... Ok, maybe not ;) I could list a number of mounted creatures, but I guess that would be unrealistic. Besides I have a collection of Lotr mounted minis, even if they are a bit too large. I just don't have much need for minis anymore.

LOL @ the headless horseman

I would not want one of them.... I have no use for it as I do not use the horror theme to often unless werewolves and vampires.

FRCS4E: "ZHENT HEADLESS HORSEMAN Terrified Dalesfolk describe seeing the Zhent Headless Horseman galloping through forest crossings and night mists. The Horseman (actually a lich), wearing the colors and regalia of the overthrown Zhentarim, is a haunting and literal reminder of the Black Network’s previous power in the northern dales. The Horseman rides the twisted forest paths at full speed, trailing mist and mad laughter in his wake. Attempts to waylay the apparition have failed—the bodies of would-be heroes are discovered when the mists clear, sans heads."

I don't think they should ever make a headless horseman.  You can cut off a head on a mini and have it modified all you want.  I won't buy or trade for a headless horseman mini.

It's a monster from Forgotten Realms 4E. If exists on books a miniature could be made. I won't buy or trade an Aboleth, for me it's a silly creature. Matter of taste, I presume...

There will be one mounted visible figure in the fall 2009 set.

Isn't the fall set going to be visible huges? Or am I totally off base here?

- N333

Champion of the Zombie Black Dragon

Surgeon Necromancer's Warning: Creating zombies has been known to cause brain loss, pandemic zombie takeovers, and loss of coordinated movement. Side effects may include; loss of (normal) appetite, siezures, jerky movement, flesh rot, weight loss, death and a craving for human flesh. Pregnant women, young children and all non-necomancer human types should not consider using zombie armies to take over the world.

I think he's counting the Fall set to be November "Savage Encounters", while the huge set would be the "Summer" set. Just my interpretation though.

Yes, a miniature could be made since they have made a 4e creature that is a headless horseman.  I still won't be getting one.Â

As far as the aboleth is concerned--if I get any they will only be for proxies for large water creatures.  I don't have any issues with sculpt and/or paint like many seem to.  My issue is, it's a psionic creature, and I don't use psionics in my games.  Therefore, the aboleth as an aboleth is useless to me, regardless or size or appearance.

Ahh, yeah...that's just me then. I keep thinking that the huge set comes out later in the year than it does for some reason.

As for my large mini choices I'd ant to see I'd pick:
- Giant Skeleton
- Fire Giant (male or female) with (non-elemental) axe
- Frost Giant (male or female) with (non-elemental) sword
- Hill Giant (male or female) with boulder or crude axe
- Skeletal Horse (no rider)
- Large Snake (NOT another Naga though)
- Pack Mule

- N333

Huge with visibles... does that mean some of the huges would be shown if they are uncommon?
